Performance Training
As a former D1 Goalkeeper myself, I know the importance of not only being prepared technically but physically as well. That is why I got my Degree in Kinesiology and became a Strength & Conditioning Professional (CSCS) through the NSCA.
As a former Strength Coach at the D1 level, I know through experience and my own playing career how vital it is to be strong, explosive and build resilience to be able to endure a long season, goalkeeper training and how many times our bodies hit the ground.
That is why I offer sport-specific strength training tailored and individualized to the goalkeeper (as well as other sports) to build confidence, strength, endurance, and explosiveness.
